If you have any problems with your order, please contact roboshoptechnologies@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve the problem.
All faulty products can be replaced or repaired within 90 days from delivery date(including working days and holidays). In this case, customers need to get authorization first for replacement or maintenance. Kindly contact roboshoptechnologies@gmail.com to process in first time.
Note:
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1) Out of warranty;
2) Damage caused by failure to use or maintain the product as required by the Manual;
3) Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, soldering or other tampering;
4) Damage caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures or other extreme environmental conditions;
5) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.);
6) Other damages not caused by design, technology, manufacturing or quality problems of the product itself.
